“I loved Dr. Villanueva and his team. Front end staff was nice and attentive. My walk back was very nice, and Dr. V asked all the right questions to understand my problem. He explained the diagnosis in a way I could easily understand and feel comfortable with. We decided on surgery, so I was talked through the prep, procedure, recovery and expected results. I was assigned to his assistant and provided information to call if I had additional questions. I did, and called twice, getting a live human who reviewed my information and explained things. A week before the surgery, I was contacted by a nurse, who asked me a thorough round of questions related to my health and daily activities. On the day of surgery, I was checked in quickly, only waited for a short time, and was taken back, where I was prepped by a great team of nurses, greeted and asked more questions by the anesthesiologist who told me what to expect. Dr. V followed and explained things again to me, and my wife who was present, providing details about postoperative care. I was wheeled back shortly thereafter, and things went well and were over in an hour or so. I woke up in the care of a nurse, checking from the anesthesiologist and Dr. V wrapping back around to check on me. Seriously, an exceptional experience in the care of a kind doctor and staff.”

“The staff is wonderful here. I was moving to Raleigh from 12 hours away. Jennifer helped me with the process and honestly made it so much easier on me. When I couldn't come down to see the apartment, she did a video tour, took pictures for me and even offered to tape out the dimensions of my furniture! She also helped me understand all the details about renting an apartment (since it was my first time). I was running a little behind when moving in and she stayed after hours to make sure I got here ok and so I could get into my apartment and have a place to sleep.
