Just Tires

I really appreciate a good, no-nonsense place I can trust for oil changes and tires. Joshua took excellent care of me, and I felt nothing but respect. I came in for what I needed and didn't feel ANY pressure to have anything done that I didn't ask for or that wasn't needed. He got me great deals on everything and answered my questions with no B.S. I went in a Saturday, and it was super busy. But if you want good service, sometimes you have to wait for it. Expect long waits, especially on the weekend. The only very minor complaint I have is that my paperwork said I declined a roadside hazard protection service, when in reality, I was never offered it. But I didnt specifically ask for it, though, either. All in all, I just appreciate good, honest, quality service, which is exactly what I received here.

The manager Josh is always kind and helpful. Usually I have an idea of what I want and Josh is able to connect the dots so that he has what I need when I need it. He maintains a clean store front and his shop runs smooth as a sewing machine. This is the only place I will get my tires and alignments done. The rest of the staff is courteous to me as well. They are usually busy making it happen when I am there, but they are friendly.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Particularly manager Josh. Helped me choose the best tire for my vehicle and quickly had them installed and had the alignment checked. Superior customer service experience. I would highly recommend.

Friendly. Accommodating. Affordable. Having traveled for work the last 4 years I always have to find new businesses for vehicle maintenance, which can be a challenge. Walking into Just Tires and being greeted by Tim and Josh, you would have thought this is my local shop that I’ve been coming to for years. They somehow always work around my schedule and get me in in a pinch. Plus their prices can’t be beat! Thanks guys!
