Instructions are clear. Exercises challenging without being too much. Jason is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I am gaining strength without hurting myself.

Cary Ortho PT has been fantastic for me. After 5 frustrating months with my knee injury and 5 weeks out of surgery I finally feel I am going to walk normally again and probably even hike again. David has been terrific and I have always understood exactly where I was on my surgery recovery schedule. Lots of hard work ahead but I understand how and when it is going to happen for me.

Absolutely wonderful. I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I met Mark. He told me not only what do, but also why I should do it, and what the result will be. Mark was fun, easy to talk with and a joy to work with. I was considering visiting another Cary office that was closer, but changed my mind after having met him The drive is worth it!

David Little is a very good Physical Therapist. He helped me to challenge myself in therapy as well offering me very good advice to move forward in my recovery.
I have enjoyed my sessions with him and can definitely tell the difference in my range of motion.
    I would recommend Cary Orthopaedics

If feeling better when I walked out then when I walked in is any indication of Jason’s skills then we have a winner here. He has a great personality and an awesome sense of humor which put me at ease immediately. The whole experience was very pleasant as the young lady at the desk was helpful and patient with me. Based on my first visit today I would recommend Cary Orthopedic for anyone looking for a physical therapist.
