I've belonged to a few boxes as well as visited boxes all around the world and they do not even compare to the facility Embark has. It is more than just a CrossFit gym - they also have an in-house Chiropractor, Massage Therapist and Health Coach! However, what's really great about CrossFit Embark is not the facility itself, but the people. The coaches are some of the best in the area and really take the time to get to know each individual athlete and help them with their specific needs. The community is what will keep you here. When I moved to the area my husband and I didn't know anyone, quickly we gained over 100 friends! We all celebrate birthdays, showers, wedding, PRs, whatever it is together.
