“Recently had A 7 Service performed on my 2018 CR-V. Jeremy was the person who handled my request for the A 7 Service. I also had a minor malfunction that I ask he would look at. He was able to diagnose the minor issue, told me it would take less than an hour to repair. Since I was waiting for my car during the A 7 service, it was very helpful to know the minor issue could also be addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Jeremy for the great communication. I just had a B 1 Service this week and it went great. In and out so fast. Easy to make an appointment, greeted nicely and a nice welcoming wait area. “In Florida the used car market is ridiculous right now. This caused me to look further than the state of Florida to find a vehicle. RDU Auto in Raleigh North Carolina had exactly what I was looking for. I contacted them and explained that I would be traveling from Florida. They quickly inform me, that would not be a problem. This dealership is a dealership of their word. (and that's saying something for a car dealership) I was able to drive a car rental to Raleigh North Carolina. When I arrived, I was exhausted and did not want a long drawn-out process. They informed me they would get me out in one hour. I arrived there when they opened at 9:00 a.m. and I couldn't believe they handed over the keys at 9:58 a.m. In the time that I spent at the dealership, I was able to test drive, ask questions regarding the vehicle's history and filled out the paperwork. This was the easiest car transaction I have ever experienced. I only chose this location because of the awful car market in the state of Florida. I earnestly recommend this car dealership for their superior customer service, their willingness to answer all my questions, speediness of the transition and that they are dealership of their word.”

The sales rep that tended to my purchase was Alvin and I can't see why I wouldn't be going back to him for my next vehicle. Alvin was very polite and personable and very much appeared to be on my side. He was able to lower my down payment to $1,500 on a $40,000 LOW milage Big Horn that is still under factory warranty with a good interest rate and even included the plates in my down payment....and for the record I do not have perfect credit.
