“Chuck was great to work with. Communications were top notch and he was able to fit me in the same day! He really worked hard on a fairly small dent, but in an awkward place. He toiled away and when he was done, wow, really impressive. Luckily I kept the "before" pics, so you can see the difference (a problem bumper is another issue that got in the way, but he was sure he could work around the problem). His attention to detail, and willingness to work with a less than perfect situation, was outstanding. I didn't want to stand over his shoulder, but I could see he was being careful, and checking progress all the time. He took the time to tell me about the specialized tools he uses, costing hundreds of dollars! I think one was ordered from Lithuania? They help him do really fine work. He was here much longer than I expected, and into the early evening. His fee for coming to me and fixing a really annoying dent was very reasonable given the result. We will definitely use again, and recommend to friends, etc.”

“This salvage yard isn't just pick your own parts, they also have a huge inventory of parts already pulled in their warehouse and have some new inventory as well. Just came to pick up a wheel for my 2014 Toyota Corolla and Jackson Auto saved me over $120 compared to prices quoted to me from my dealership & at least $25-45 when compared many other tire shops. I also came here 5yrs ago to replace wheel covers that were stolen off my vehicle while I was at work. Saved me a good deal of money back then as well. Customer service was solid. Professional & polite. The owner's wife was at the front desk and the owner fulfilled my order request himself in person. I drive out here from Chapel Hill and when K call ahead to make sure they have the part I need, it's always been worth the trip while running other errands that take me out to Raleigh. I don't quite understand the low ratings/reviews, but I can only speak to my experiences here which have always been great. Thanks for making sure my ride is road-worthy.”

I stayed in my car the entire time while they changed my oil and replaced both the air and oil filters. Manny was super helpful and very knowledgeable. The entire team was quick and efficient working to top of all the fluids and checking my tire pressure after my oil change. I loved being able to sit in my car while they did all the work. “I've been a customer of Johnson & Johnson for 3 years, the staff is wonderful, Micah the owner is great. I would only ask that when giving an estimate, the pricing is included with the work, so the customer is aware of the costs with the repair, when customer receives the estimate. This has been an ongoing concern. This costs are done after the estimate has been provided. Therefore, when picking up a vehicle the costs should be broken out (itemized) with the actual details regarding the repairs on the document. There were some repairs discovered, with uncertainty during a recent visit, I'm purchasing a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter and needed a inspection prior to purchase. There were some repairs noted, I wasn't certain to whether its needed or just a potential concern. So a phone call explaining the findings would have been very much appreciated, so there's no ambiguity. All in all, Johnson & Johnson are affordable mechanics, especially during these times! They provide great work on your vehicle and get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. The Techs are experience when it came to my vehicles.”
