“I haven't been to the dentist in longer than I care to admit. I'm lucky to have a great set of teeth that are apparently pretty resilient. My visit to Western Wake today was one wrought with anxiety, but only until I sat in the chair. My hygienist was personable, professional, and thorough. The cleaning was on point, painless, and frankly the conversation was enjoyable. The front desk attendant was extremely knowledgeable about insurance processes, had me checked in quickly and had me scheduled and on my way after just a few minutes at the end of my visit. My last experience at a different practice, albeit a long time ago, was NOTHING like this one and Western Wake made me feel comfortable, safe, and in good hands. Not easy to do for this giant wuss when it comes to dental work.”

“This place is awesome and fun. The group atmosphere makes it so much less intimidating for kids. (Parents need to be brave and wait in the waiting room while the kids are having all the fun.) All my kids go together every 6 months (makes it easy to schedule) and they all have awesome teeth. My son's teeth also look fabulous after braces there! The dentists and orthodontists are amazing and we see all of them.”

I started going to this practice a couple years ago after hearing so many good things about them from friends and neighbors. “This was my daughter's first dentist visit, she is 2.5. I was very surprised our Pediatrician suggested we starting going this early, but it makes sense to have a fun experience early and be a part of their normal routine. I was overall very impressed by the experience. The office is very cute and child friendly. The staff was knowledgeable on how to interact with toddlers, especially if they are shy because they aren't meeting new people right now! They were patient and welcoming in interacting with her. She had a great time and we received some great tips on taking care of her teeth. Can't wait for her to go back in 6 months.”

“Today I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in a long time. My teeth have been neglected and I knew there was lots of built up plaque. My hygienist, a young woman was named Meg, she looked elegant with her head covered with an exotic turban, which she made herself. She is a delightful person. Aside from this she was very gentle, courteous, and VERY GOOD at what she was doing; I do not remember having a more thorough cleaning in my entire life, which is extensive. My teeth shine. A second doctor came in to check on the work and they consulted with each other and me as to what to do next. Some problems that showed up on X-ray may require additional work so they gave me something to think about. I highly recommend this firm to anyone.”

“Around 9/4/2020, I broke a tooth in the back about 0100 in am. No 24 hr dental was open, but this office had a voicemail for emergency. I left a message explaining and the next morning Dr. Jones called himself. His office had sent a message to appear in the office by 1130. The first visit was wonderful. The first time in 45 years no pain other than the little pinch to numb. Any other place has numbed me right the first time. This office did, used mouth guard with holding open device, and took very much care and concern. Other than a little tenderness after the procedure for root canal and filling, I was great. Few days later, temporary crown placed because I was too tender for permanent and to make sure not other complications. Thing is I am a travel nurse and retired Army lady and I am here from MS. I am on COV19 assignment in Raleigh, NC. I was so happy and impressed. I am even thinking of returning for implants that I need. Great place and wonderful people at this office.”

“I have always had bad experiences visiting dental offices. They were always rough and didn't care that they were causing pain. So that made me not want to go. And I didn't go -consistently. I also would experience anxiety due to the fear of knowing I was going to suffer some type of pain. Not going to a dentist for extended periods of time has amounted to me developing periodontal disease. I was referred to this office Dorion & Associates and every visit has been very pleasant. The staff is nice and patient and the dental assistance that I have had the pleasure meeting all have been very gentle. The Dentist themselves are very personable and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to any one seeking an experienced, comfortable and gentle experience. 5 stars..”
