He even gave me home worksheets so that I could continue to workout on the days that I didn't take therapy. I have recovered from my lower back aches & pains, but if I ever need physical therapy again in the near future I will make sure to use this facility. “I had a stroke in 2016 and have not been able to ride my bike since then. I asked NextStep in Raleigh if they could make it possible for me to ride a bike, and they said they could. After getting a set of adult training wheels, I was able to ride a bike by myself in the parking lot of NextStep with the support and encouragement of the excellent physical therapists at NextStep. I can't go without the training wheels yet, but I hope to ditch the training wheels soon. Three cheers for NextStep!”

“Dr Butts is such a good dentist. He explains stuff & works with you. My husband needed major dental work & Dr Butts explained everything to him. He was able to do it in a short period of time. I also respect the fact he couldn't work with medicaid patients anymore because he wouldn't give subpar care due to what they told him to use. He cares about his patients. Also his staff is great! They will try to help you with everything & are so friendly. I'd recommend his office to anyone. I'm so grateful we found him & I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Staff is very professional and gets back to you in a timely manner. I followed NP Nicole Joslin here from her previous practice. I tried so many different providers and not one has made me feel as understood, reassured, and hopeful as Nicole. Some providers that you see exclusively for medicine have you in and out in 5 minutes. With Nicole she always checks on me, listens to how things have been, and gives me a mini therapy session before talking about meds. Being in my late teens/ early twenties it is so scary to find a provider that can converse empathically with younger people, and Nicole has certainly done that! I would recommend this practice tenfold!”
