“Haven't went to the dentist in 10yrs so anxiety was high not only for the basic dental cleaning visit but also finding out I needed 5 teeth extracted. The extraction procedure went great, the music I got to pick relaxed me tremendously, and the dentist + dentist assistant were both extremely supportive and patient, and knew when I was feeling uncomfortable so they talked me through a LOT until it was over. I would recommend them to anyone for anything. Once I heal from this, I would like to go back for teeth whitening. They're costs for all services are also incredibly reasonable, considering some of these offices I tried calling will make you think about selling a body part just to afford a routine cleaning.”

The doctor was awesome and allowed me to stay in the room to make sure Iris was comfortable and not anxious. My mom wanted to be at home for her final months and we wanted her to be as comfortable as possible. Kathy started by asking for a brief history of my mom’s background and was really focused on learning about her family, hobbies and passions to be able to match her with caregivers that best fit her care needs and personality. My mom loved art and was very spiritual, and the caregivers she was assigned had similar interests and hobbies. The caregivers were always punctual, empathetic and upbeat. My mom went from being depressed about her condition to looking forward to her visits with her Seniors Helping Seniors friends. No matter what level of care she needed at specific times (cooking, cleaning, companionship, personal care), Kathy and her team excelled at providing top notch service. Kathy went above and beyond with scheduling when my mom’s caregiving needs increased to where we needed 24/7 care, and the agency was always flexible with accommodating my mom’s schedule. Seniors Helping Seniors of Wake Forest will always hold a special place in my heart, and I cannot picture a more caring and compassionate organization for the services they provide.
