Terminated my membership back in August of last year due to relocation and yet to be refunded for the remainder of what I paid upfront. It’s not even about the money but about the principe of it all. It inflects poor communication and management. If this matter were to be resolved I would gladly change my review. I was a loyal and happy customer for many years. But as it stands.
