“My in-laws have lived at Mills Farm for 6 weeks now. So far, it has been fabulous. The staff is great at remembering the residents' names which made a big difference for my MIL who has dementia. She felt at home after just a week! The residents are delightful and go out of their ways to introduce themselves. The food is fantastic and the facilities, beautiful. They even have a pharmacy and salon in-house so there is no reason for my in-laws to leave the property (although they can and they do.) The overall atmosphere is low key which I like. Costco and Harris Teeter are just down a small road. Honestly, there isn't much more we could ask for. I am thrilled we made the decision to move them there.”

“As a personal trainer & fitness instructor, I’m very picky when it comes to my fitness routine. When I decided to hire a trainer for myself, I knew Dawn was the right fit for me. I work with Dawn in one-on-one sessions and also attend her weekly Boot Camps. Dawn has a very motivating coaching style— I know I wouldn’t challenge myself the way she challenges me! Both my personal training sessions and group Boot Camp workouts are safe and effective, while also being challenging and fun. Even though the Boot Camps include a variety of people with different fitness backgrounds, Dawn provides modifications for people who may have injuries or are beginner exercisers while also challenging veteran exercisers. Although I love Dawn and her workouts, my favorite thing about Body by Dawn is the community. As a personal trainer struggling with my workouts, I came to Body by Dawn in a vulnerable place. I was immediately welcomed to Boot Camp by both Dawn and the members. Dawn has truly created a positive environment where everyone supports each other, which makes Body by Dawn my favorite place to workout!”

“I had a breast reduction with Dr. Hughes almost a year ago, and it truly changed my life! I am 22 and I had been thinking about having this procedure since 5th grade. I have always had back pain and trouble breathing because of the weight on my chest. It was so frustrating trying to find clothes that fit right, and I was tired of buying clothes sometimes 3 sizes too big because of my chest. When I was 18 I started researching the best place to go. I was so nervous and I had so many questions, but I never felt comfortable enough to ask them at consultations. When I was referred to Dr. Hughes I was very nervous because of past experiences.
