“I had an unplanned trip to Raleigh to transport a dog back to his owner who had recently recovered from a surgery. During this time of Covid, I was truly blessed to stumble upon The Store. John is the most gracious host and his place is spectacular. From the very moment I arrived, the bacterial wipes were by the door, the place was spotless, well sanitized and I felt safe. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, stocked with all the comforts of home and more. The house is filled with art and beauty and in this extremely stressful time, this little oasis allows you to breathe again. I cannot wait to fully experience all the neighborhood and surrounding area has to offer... restaurants, shopping and dining all well within walking distance. I enjoyed the beautiful park around the corner and my short stay was filled with gratitude from meeting a new friend and sharing this exquisite home for a short break. Thank you John and Baz! “I had to book a last minute stay in Raleigh and the hotel came through with a cute studio suite. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel required mask although many people weren't wearing them. There are a few gas stations and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. I would have given it 5 stars but I reserved a 2 bedroom studio and was given a one bedroom suite instead.”

“The staff at this property from the valet to the front desk, the breakfast attendant and bartender all demonstrate exceptional customer service and are just wonderful people to be around. Dwight checked my husband and myself in all the while Eric the Valet stood patiently behind to escort us up to our room. The professionalism demonstrated while still being friendly is not a skill that can be taught. They were impressive from the word "go". Due to some unforeseen events we came into contact with Brian Lees, the front desk supervisor. He is personable and friendly as well as willing to assist a guest with any needs. Anthony Zinani takes the meaning of hospitality to another level. He is gracious, kind and funny all while keeping with the overall theme of extraordinary professionalism. We had a room with 2 beds and it worked very well for us. The room was clean and the breakfast delicious. The location is walking distance to shops, dining and even entertainment. We would stay here again for sure!”

“We had a very unusual stay here. During the snow storm last week when the state of Texas was without power, we were without power and water for 4 days and had not showered in 4 days. We were welcomed to come in and use a room to take a shower. Room was clean, warm and lights and heat was on all ready for us. Amazing service and friendliness from the staff!!!”

“This is a wonderful low-key hotel, tucked away behind a couple of other hotels. It is four minutes to the airport, but I chose it for the central location with easy access to all parts of the triangle and because my cat could join me. The staff really make this Staybridge special. The GM Cheryl, and every single staff member, treat me like family. The kitchens in each unit make it easy to cook at home, and Wegmans is just 10 minutes away. Both laundry and breakfast are included as well as evening socials. It is hard to hire staff anywhere right now, so I know they are working very long hours but you wouldn't know it by their actions. I am in awe of them.”

Very close to I-40, downtown and NCState. I would rather bring my dog but they are not allowed here. Bring a basic tool set. You'll need it to unclog the drains.”

“I went in today looking for a laptop. I was greeted by Josh. He's helped me many times over the years. We talked about how I've been his customer since the store opened. I told him what I needed in a laptop & he brought out 2 for me to compare. One of them was exactly what I wanted. He then updated my info in the system...I signed a couple of places...and I was on my way. I was in & out in about 15 minutes today. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Josh or anyone at this store, or any of their locations. I am very thankful that I can get what I need from these awesome people anytime I need something . I am severely handicapped & can't always walk or drive...so, they have even delivered my product to me with the papers I needed to sign on a couple occasions. “For the money this is a great place to stay. It is very convenient to just about everything in Raleigh. I like the modern atmosphere and the fact that you can get a beer right in the lobby. The included breakfast left a lot to be desired but this was the result of the pandemic restrictions on what could be served. All the employees were very nice and I was especially pleased that Housekeeping found my very expensive eyeglasses and held on to them until I could return. This was my second stay at this location and I will definitely be back.”
