Once they started treating our baby they were so patient, attentive and professional. They explained in great detail what was going on with him, what they were doing and what we needed to do after we left. The doctor took his time and made sure we asked any and all questions we had. We never felt rushed and you could tell that all the staff cared genuinely. I definitely recommend this practice if your pet needs care.”

The doctor was awesome and allowed me to stay in the room to make sure Iris was comfortable and not anxious. “Dr. Nalluri and her staff are amazing! I switched to her after my other vet retired, and it was the right choice. She is the best vet that I have ever had. She is very caring, kind, gentle, compassionate and thorough. She is always a phone call away if you have any questions. She always call to follow up and check in on your pet after appointments. Gotti was scheduled to be euthanized but passed away before Dr. Nalluri arrived. She and her staff gently and lovingly loaded him and took him away to be cremated. “I’ve moved around the northeast quite a bit and have been to about 20 vets in the past few years. Gentle Care Animal Hospital has been by far the best animal hospital I’ve ever been to. Although I’m moving out of state, I’d be willing to travel to Raleigh just to have my cats cared for by Dr. Gunter and her team. Medically (myself and my cats included), I have never felt so informed, respected, and cared for by a provider. She is thorough, transparent, and intentional with her work. I am always given options with rationale and outcomes associated so that I can make educated decisions on treatment paths. Dr. Gunter is also an incredibly kind and gentle vet, and has a way with animals. Gentle Care as a whole has fantastic customer service, always has openings for my desired timeline, and are consistent with follow ups and communication. I would highly recommend Gentle Care for your veterinarian needs.”

“We just switched here due to problems with another veterinary office and it’s been a breath of fresh air! The building is gorgeous inside and out with its own large parking lot. There is a separate waiting room for cats and dogs which is very considerate. The exam room was very spacious which was great for our big dog (and just in general if you’ve ever been crammed in a tiny vet exam room). All of the staff have been incredibly kind, fun, and caring. They all know what they’re doing. Dr. Kevin was very nice and thoughtful. He took a lot of time with us and we all even sat in the floor together to help our dog’s nerves. We are really looking forward to continuing with this new practice!”
