“This is my local parish. The church is simply stunning and very beautiful. I was inspired to find a live size statue of my favorite Saint Jose Maria as part of the many saints that line the since of the church. The parish is big with alot of members it's easy to feel lost but the priest and his staff team are very supportive and engaging in helping new members adjust. There are many programs that fit most families.”

He also patiently articulates the purpose of almost every exercise, which I found very educational. He is always motivating and fun. I lost 18 pounds in 3 months, learnt how to love and appreciate my body, and most importantly to be patient in my transformation journey.
