So, I called the Occoneechee Scout Shop in Raleigh to see if I could do a phone order. Jerry was so very helpful and courteous and he took so much time explaining the new types of shirts and pants to me. I didn't feel like I was a bother and Jerry didn't make me feel rushed. My son is going to be so excited to have his FULL Webelos uniform when Scouts start back in a couple of weeks. The women's retreat room was stocked with all of the essentials to make me feel like I was getting the most luxurious spa experience. The ambiance was impeccable from the lighting, to the music, to the aroma that filled the air!! I loved the added touch of the robes and sandals, as well as a safe and secure place to leave my personal belongings during my spa treatment. The lounge area where I waited for my specialist was spectacular - so amazing that I was almost napping by the time she came to get me! Lauren was spectacular and very attentive to my needs. She was gentle (but appropriately firm) during my facial and gave the best personalized experience that I could have asked for! Because I was open to it, she also provided great conversation. I appreciated her knowledge of her field and her openness to discuss my skincare needs and concerns. I also appreciated her recommendations for future services and potential products that could add value to my current routine. I thoroughly enjoyed my Spavia Retreat, and I look forward to returning in the near future. Keep up the great work!!”

Jim and George came out, provided an estimate and worked with us to determine the best layout. They showed up when they said they would every time and their pricing was very reasonable. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail given in building the deck far exceeded my expectations. George and Jim both had suggestions on how to make the deck look nice. George recommended picture framing the deck edge, which turned out great. We were so stressed about this move because we weren’t sure all of our things were going to fit in our storage unit but they made it work! They are excellent, professional, friendly, and handled our items with great care. Also, they are super strong. We had some heavy pieces that we thought would require 2 people to lift. They were able to take care of those pieces individually and we were so shocked. So great to work with them. They were quick and efficient. Highly recommend this company and those two movers.”
