“I love this place! I have lived here for almost 2 years now and have no complaints. The environment is amazing with a trail that goes around the lake as my backyard. I rent a lake view apartment and it is WORTH it. The people in the front office are so nice and always welcoming. Everything in my apartment works and I haven't had any trouble with maintenance. The maintenance men are also very nice and polite when they come into your apartment. I recommend this place to all my friends and anyone who is looking to live in Raleigh! The location is perfect being less than 15 min from hot spots like downtown and North Hills. Crabtree Mall is around the corner and there are grocery stores and gas stations less than 3 miles away. Plenty of restaurants surround the area as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“Really great experience with Summit. They replaced our roof earlier in the year. Totally professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the work they did. We went with their recommendation on color of the shingle, and the roof looks great. They also replaced about 8 feet or so of very old dented guttering as part of the project and somehow were able to come up with an exact color match!! Then they added gutter screens to make sure that section wasn't left unprotected. I would have done that myself, but they beat me to it! That's the kind of service you can look forward to with Mr. Blanchard and team. Strongly recommended.”

“Just completed a 9 month project with Hire Counsel's Morrisville, North Carolina office. We originally worked on-site, but shifted to working remotely during March 2020 due to Covid-19. I really enjoyed my time on the project, and regretted that it drew to a close for our team. I thought the management team and QC support team were very professional - and knowledgeable. They also did a great job of trying to keep us in regular contact as a team through group conference calls and Zoom meetings. This project was originally expected to run about 6 months, but fortunately went to 9, which was excellent. Thank you.”
