I have been a resident at this property off and on for years. Work required me to relocate. I have been through several management companies. This area is a terrific value for the price and location. You are on a lake so yes there are bugs. There are fumigators and you can take measure yourself. The office staff is extremely helpful Everytime I call. Good community overall.

I love this place! I have lived here for almost 2 years now and have no complaints. The environment is amazing with a trail that goes around the lake as my backyard. I rent a lake view apartment and it is WORTH it. The people in the front office are so nice and always welcoming. Everything in my apartment works and I haven't had any trouble with maintenance. The maintenance men are also very nice and polite when they come into your apartment. I recommend this place to all my friends and anyone who is looking to live in Raleigh! The location is perfect being less than 15 min from hot spots like downtown and North Hills. Crabtree Mall is around the corner and there are grocery stores and gas stations less than 3 miles away. Plenty of restaurants surround the area as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
