“I had a large branch fall on my roof on a Saturday night. There were three punctures in the roof and the rain started to come in. I contacted Austin on Sunday afternoon and he responded immediately. Told me they would be out first thing Monday morning. We had major storms in the forecast, with rain coming for 13 straight days. Austin was early for our appointment - assessed the damage - and had a crew and supplies here within the hour. His crew patched the holes (as it started to rain) to ensure no further damage. He provided prompt estimates and invoicing to me as well as my claims adjuster. Couldn't have gone smoother. Austin is polite - efficient - and does quality work. Hopefully, I won' t need to use him in the future but I won't hesitate if necessary.”

“Jonathan saved my dad.... My disabled Dad had to emergency come to Virginia due to a family emergency and while here Covid 19 hit. He could not return home to SE North Carolina. His tags expired and his insurance would not renew since he was out of state. We were stuck and tried everything. So I went to get my Dads title out and realized it was missing. I contacted the DMV and they said it got returned to them from when he registered and they were closed and we would have to wait. I contacted Jonathan as I seen his name on some paperwork from previous owner. The nicest man I swear and we never would have expected in a million years what this man did for us. He never met us we have never even been a customer of his or his dealership. He went to his DMV and got the title and mailed it to us at no charge. What car dealer does this, what person does this. Our scheduled hair and makeup artist did not show up for the wedding due to a clerical error on her end, and we were terrified we would not get anyone for our very popular October wedding date while calling on the day of. Pam not only dropped everything and came to our rescue, but also did makeup for 7 PEOPLE in around 3-4 hours! Talk about some skill. She did a beautiful job and I am so glad we were able to have her as a part of our big day!”

“I've been seeing Dr. Lansdowne for 10 years. You will be hard pressed to find a more caring, compassionate doctor. I developed complications with my pregnancy and we found out at about 25 weeks that our baby was probably not going to survive. He was so compassionate and caring. When our son died (he lived 7 days) and I came back for my follow up appointment, he was so compassionate and expressed such concern for me after our loss. He scheduled additional follow-ups with me and continued to follow up to make sure I didn't need anti-depressants after such a difficult loss. We have since moved about an hour away from his office, but I refuse to find another OB/GYN. I will drive that hour to see him! He is the best!”
