“OMG...I had the BEST experience with this location. The manager, Bryan Haupt was absolutely amazing. I had called the customer service line twice and had been on the phone off and on all day between my payroll and the bank because my direct deposit check had not gone into my account. The US Bank telephone customer service could not answer my questions or figure out why the money went to a closed account and the supervisor on the line was rude and demeaning, accusing my payroll of sending the money to the wrong account which was incorrect. As soon as I walked into the branch and explained my situation to Mr. Haupt, he knew immediately what the problem was and resolved it. He made my payroll deposit available to me on the spot (even though it would not be normally deposited until the following Tuesday--4 days later!) He said he didn't want me to miss out buying my son dinner for his birthday as I had explained that was why I was so upset about the money not being there. He printed me checks to take to take to my job to correct the deposit issues. He acknowledged that it was not my payroll that made the mistake (as I was told repeatedly by the customer service telephone rep and his supervisor), and was apologetic about me being given incorrect information by the bank when the deposit was rerouted from a closed account 2 years prior. I was at the point of changing banks when I got off the phone with US Bank that day, but that all changed when I visited the branch Manager at 830 S. Boulder Highway. Mr. Haupt should be applauded for his wonderful customer service handling, his knowledge of the banks operations and policies, and his amazing ability to make the customer feel like they really are the most important thing that has happened to the bank! My horrible day from hell ended up on a great note with me buying my son dinner that night and all my banking woes resolved thanks 100% to Bryan Haupt's handling of the situation. I have never had anything but superb service when visiting this branch. The bankers are all courteous and friendly. This was, overall, my #1 experience with US Bank. Thank you!!!”

He treats you like family.He goes above and beyond what is expected with making sure the patient is not in any pain, or has any problems with the dental procedure. What other dentist will actually clean your teeth, and accommodate his patients in Dunn, so they do not have to drive to Raleigh? My father in law passed away, and I received a handwritten sympathy card waiting on me when I got back into town from him and his staff. This is what I mean by above and beyond what is expected. His staff is the same way. If you go to Dr. Mike, you will not be disappointed. If you have a dentist phobia, as many people do, he will make sure you will be comfortable and he takes his time. He treats everyone the same. I have known him since began his practice and he is the best dentist I know! I wish there were 10 stars as his practice deserves it!”

“Dr. Min is a civil surgeon designated by USCIS. (I am an adult and you don’t need to be a child patient for I-693 green card medical exam) I called almost all civil surgeons in the triangle area and her quote was one of the cheapest. As long as you have the vaccine record ready, I-693 preparation can be done very fast. Dr. Min and her staffs were all so kind! I highly recommend her for green card medical exam especially if you are from Asia as she knows vaccination systems in Asia really well (hassle free)”

“I first contacted Lori in early March 2020, just before the pandemic really set in for everyone. I was looking for a small 3 bedroom that I could hunker down in with my children and pets. That never panned out but in the several conversations I had with her, I felt we really clicked and told her I would contact her if I were ever to begin the search again. Fast forward three months to early June 2020 when I went to an open house and found the house to have a contingent offer by the next morning. That same day I contacted Lori and told her what I was looking for this time. Within several days she had half a dozen homes lined up for me to see and then two days later we saw another five. Two days after that, my offer was accepted on the second to last home we saw! What followed was a whirlwind of activity but all orchestrated by Lori in such an easy to understand format. She arranged for inspectors and a survey, referred me to attorneys and insurance agents (I'm not from the area), and less than five weeks after first seeing the property, we closed on it! Lori made the process so easy, I still can't believe how quickly we were able to finalize the deal! Her knowledge of the area as well as the resources required to maintain a home are amazing. All that and a very friendly, upbeat demeanor made for a wonderful transaction! It was an absolute pleasure working with her.”
