I had over 2000 miles to drive and Alamo was very helpful, must wasn't happy from the start. They had the best price but sure wish there was a reward system. Without one, loyalty isn't an option. When I returned the car I got charged nearly 4000 instead of 900. Luckily my card company flagged it as fraud. In the end, someone got it right. Nice people to work with”

“Came in with my girlfriend to get her new windshield wiper blades (neither of us know anything about cars) and luckily James the store manager was there to help us. He was able to tell us what size wipers we needed, and tell us that adding on bug washer fluid would give us 10% off so it paid for itself, and offered to put on the blades for us. When he came out to put them on he looked under the hood first, showed us where to pour in the bug fluid, quickly told us everything he was checking on/looking out for under the hood, and saw corrosion on the battery so he went back in to get a spray to fix it, and then replaced the blades for us. Will definitely come back to this location for any future car needs! Very nice manager, and extremely helpful for two people that didn't even know what blades they needed! Definitely went the extra mile!!”

Also if you take your dog here for a surgery or dental cleaning ask to talk to the surgeon or the doctor because the nurses do not explain right about what you need to look out for they just give you the dog medicine and don't help you go through what they did what your dog will fell they expect you to read the 10 page paper essay that they give you and some things are confusing but overall great place treat your dog with respect I will keep coming here to keep my dog healthy good job Whittwood mall pet smart!!”
