I have bought a lot of cars over the years, but THIS experience was the easiest and the best one I've ever been through due to such a wonderful and diligent loan officer! Catherine's attention to detail was perfect - she noticed things in the deal (sent over by the dealership) that I would have never caught, and she worked with both me and the dealership to make sure that ALL numbers were consistent, correct, and fair. As I live out of town, she conducted all business with me over the phone, through the internet, and through e-mail, and ALL of her paperwork was flawless. She was quick (if she told me I had a form to e-sign, it was already in my email before I could even open it up). The loan was approved within minutes, and as soon as I found the vehicle I wanted, the loan was processed and closed in less than an afternoon. This is the way that business should be run, and Catherine has definitely turned me into a First Flight customer. It is very difficult in this day and time to find customer service with such attention to detail, but Catherine definitely brought that quality to the table. I recommend both her services as well as First Flight's services to anyone who is considering a new loan!”

One of the best tasting hot dogs that you will get using the Carolina Brightleaf brand. I definitely recommend visiting this place. It is an old country store with a Great staff and are very quick and friendly in fixing the orders. Be sure you take the time to stop by here and get one of their almost famous hot dogs if you were in the Clayton area.”
