“I realized I had left some items behind one day after getting home. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, Doug, to who I explained what happened. He went and looked in some areas I could have left them and called me back, like he said he would. He told me if they were found, they would be waiting at customer service. Luckily I had my receipt. I also told him I was coming back to the store to look myself. When I got to customer service, Doug was with another customer. So when I told another associate what I came for, Doug jumped in and said, “It’s right here!”. I was so excited to retrieve my items. The items weren’t a big deal that day. Doug’s kindness and effort in helping locate them were! Thanks Doug!!!”

Is Charlotte the person who left 25 bathing suits littered all over the floor after trying them on and then tossing them for some poor busy employee to rematch and rehang? Certainly she wasn't that rude person! These are times when all businesses are understaffed and overwhelmed with rude and entitled people. Lets all hope for a more gentle and kinder 2022 season, cause the people coming this year are less than the cream of the crop. And Charlotte, if you are the person who was in there when I was, and made such a negative impression on everyone, you got your money back on a non-refundable item, so shame on you for trashing a local business.”

“Just walked in, not knowing what to expect. Precious little boutique, the owner was there with her little girl, and she is the sweetest! I was there with my 12, almost 13, year old daughter and little boy. Clothing is super cute but sized for older teens and ladies. My daughter loved everything in the store but was still too young to fit into any of it. We mentioned how much my daughter loves black and Wednesday Addams, and the owner recommended a hat that my daughter fell in love with. “Absolutely incredible experience soup to nuts. The information gathering/booking process with Jammi to book wakeboarding lessons was very simple and she was even able to get us in for an extra hour. We were paired up with Daryl who upon initial contact, you knew he lived and breathed these sports. Having never done it, Daryl was so kind and knowledgeable with how he broke down all aspects of getting up, being up, being stable, and learning how to ride with the tow rope. I got up instantly from being so comfortable pre-water and taught to perfection. My partner has been wakeboarding before and went after me to get a refresher and she killed it. At the end I asked if I could try to wake surfing since I had picked it up fairly quickly and he swapped things out and got me out there. Was so much fun on the water. We will definitely be back and will be purchasing a wakeboard to keep up with it back home in the DC area.”
