“Pope Plantation Cakes and Bakery was recommended to me by a co-worker for my daughter's high school graduation party. I ordered the strawberry flavor and it was absolutely delicious and gorgeous. Everyone wanted to know where I got the cake because it was awesome. Pam the owner was great to work with, I just sent her a picture of what my 18 year old daughter wanted and it far exceeded my expectations. “I cannot believe this place has only 2 reviews -- it is the talk of the town -- and I can see why. This coffee house is a welcomed site in our beloved town. Quality of the specialty drinks was simply "flawless". Both my spouse and I agreed that it was the best we've had in a very long time. Drinks were made to absolute perfection. We also shared a pastry which was a nice balance with the coffee drink. Staff was very kind and friendly, and made me very proud of my small town. We definitely will be back. The staff are friendly and helpful but the store can get dirty and a bit mismanaged at times.
