“I dont know which rating would be appropriate because I ended up having to have surgery before the purchase. I looked at a nice Toyota Avalon that drove great. The check engine light popped on after a long test drive alone, and I notified the salesman. He said they would get the problem fixed and I ended up having to need surgery for a health issue shortly thereafter. The car was nice, the management was very responsive and based on my prepurchase experience, I can only honestly say they I had a good experience here. I would give them my business based on the aforementioned.”

He went above and beyond by giving us a 3 month/3k mile warranty. “Being new to camping and RV's, I had no real idea where to go to get the correct answers and guidance. I visited a few other dealers to get an idea of what I was looking. A friend recommended Country Roads. I made a deal with them over the phone. Their price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I had priced. Country Roads arranged a "demo day" for us to go over the unit from start to finish, which helped me understand how to operate the rig. We arranged for them to deliver the camper to our location, which they did so on a Sunday morning. The delivery driver stayed with me to make sure I had everything set up correctly and didn't leave until I was good to go. He also gave me his cell number in case I had any issues. I was very impressed with this operation and it is great to see a dealer out there who understands customer service.
