BJ's only staffs one person in the tire center so you have to be understanding about wait times. Its not the tech's fault. Carl clearly does everything within his power to take care of everyone. This man HUSTLES in the shop, is polite and courteous, and was outstanding in his communication of when things could be completed. Work was completed, torqued correctly with a torque stick, followed by a torque wrench. 5 stars for Carl.”

I didn't have any direct contact with this person but did not pick up a friendly vibe. Eric got up and introduced himself which was awesome and took care of everything. There was a mix up from my insurance company about the rental reservation. Eric was on top of it and called my insurance company and a person from the rental car company showed up to pick someone else up. Eric spoke with Heather from Enterprise and she was able to take me back to their location and get me squared away. Eric did a wonderful job of getting the process started to making sure that all my needs were taken care of without having to ask for anything. This was my first time dealing with Vann York but I can tell you that they are off to great start with getting my car fixed. I normally don't go 5 stars but they deserved it for making this a very painless situation. Thank You Eric and Vann York.”
