The breakfast my first day was just cold cereal (not thrilled), but the second day made up for it because one of the staff members was making hot breakfast choices by request. The first time, I was in a pretty big wreck where we had to replace a small portion of the front end of my vehicle. Since then, I have had zero issues related to how my car runs. Their customer service was awful, so I looked online for another nearby shop with better reviews and found this place. They were so friendly and efficient with everything. Robyn really took the time to get my rental car squared away when the insurance agent refused to return my calls to set up the rental. My car was ready a few days before the estimated time and it looks good as new! Hopefully I never need body work again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to give them a call!”
