The gentleman who checked me in gave me an honest estimated wait time but the work was done before the given time. I interacted with about 3 different male technicians and they were all super friendly, professional, and helpful. I mentioned that they were male because sometimes it matters or some car places feel intimidating when you go alone as a woman so some readers may want to know that is not the case at all here. They had chairs and seating around the property as well as inside for your wait. Will definitely not hesitate to return here for future service needs! Loved it...great customer service.”

Long story short I got the runaround from a very rude guy and had to look elsewhere. I called another Firestone and no go. I finally talked to Daniel at this location. He was so nice and professional and told me to just bring it in. He didn't want me to wait for a bay so he changed the bulb right there in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes, told me to have a nice day and sent me on my way. I appreciated that so much that I just made a service appointment with him and will bring my car here from now on!”
