The service provided was friendly and prompt. The quality of my transmission is incredible. I got a stage 3 4L60e for a hot rod pickup truck I drive around. He offered it to me at a price that can’t be beat. Billy will take time to not only explain what’s going on, but he will show you. In fact he wants you to know so that you can make an informed choice. He did not try to up sell me, I chose the stage 3 on my own. Honestly if I ever need any transmission work again it will be done by Billy or it won’t be done.”

“The list of places where I will have any of my cars worked on is very short, and this place is at the top of that list. I got new tires there last year and they did a great job, their alignment guy is top notch. I was able to make an online appointment the other day for an inspection and they were right on time when I arrived, in and out in no time. They took great care of my car and covered everything with plastic (even the steering wheel), I assume for Virus protocols. Overall a great experience, I will surely be back.”

“Brought my 2019 Audi RS5 here for some pretty in depth ($7500 worth) of repairs. Audi sales manager told me to bring it here. Car was done on time, and the quality of the work was great. Tim always answered the phone or promptly called me back and answered any questions I had. Handled insurance company with no problem (rental car, supplemental claim, etc) to make sure I was taken care of. When I got the car back it looked as good as it did when I took it off the showroom floor. They took the time to wash, wax, and seal the exterior and wheels, and even detailed the interior. Very thorough, customer satisfaction is very important to them and it shows. Highly recommend.”

“This place is awesome, and it's right in town. There is a decent amount of parking available. They have 2 shelters and tables to use for picnics. There are 2 viewing decks and both are wheelchair accessible, as the path to those is flat. Nice place to spend some time listening and viewing the falls. And Hayden Run Falls is just a short drive from these.”

Job $estimate on target + finished on time I was pleased with the attention to detail Chris showed: he explained that the prior year of the vehicle I had would've cost more to replace the TPMS (tire pressure monitor sensors) because they weren't self-calibrating. Update (12-02-19): just took another one of our vehicles (this time, for a frontend alignment). I appreciated that, in addition to completing the expected car service, the mechanic also provided feedback on other problems he noticed PLUS put the severity of the problem in context (in this case, minor) AND had a suggestion on how to mitigate the problem.”
