“We had to have our car towed from Union Cross Road to Advance, NC. The tow truck guy was able to get there in about an hour and a half which isn't bad. I have waited 4 hours on a tow truck before. This was new years day. The tow costed about $150. He didn't have change for a twenty dollar bill. He did a good job. Picked the car up and followed us to the destination and dropped it off. There is never a happy experience when you have to have a car towed, but this definitely wasn't the worst experience.”

The cover started having issues right about the time the warranty was to expire. “I was eating across the street at Showmars and got a notice from my car that my key fob had a low battery. I drove over to Advance Auto Parts, I tend to always go to them anyways and always had a good experience, especially at this location. I walked in and was immediately helped by a nice young man named Rick. He intuitively looked at my hand and already knew what I needed without me even speaking. I handed him my fob, he took it apart, identified the battery, went and got a new one, installed it and told me to try it out, it worked flawlessly. I took my Honda to them for everything, and now that I got rid of the old thing, I bring my newer Honda to them for everything.
