“I was in Winston-Salem for the day this past Saturday, about to head back to Raleigh, when something on the bottom of my car starts scraping the ground. I called around to try to find an open mechanic to take a look. When I spoke to Frank's Garage to try to explain the situation, they said to just bring it by real quick. I pulled up, he told me and my mom to wait in the office, 5 min later he came back and said it was all handled (he just had to remove a cosmetic piece of plastic the manufacturer puts on). I asked how much I owed him, he said he wasn't going to charge me!! Obviously, don't take your car there if you EXPECT free service. But I just feel that was indicative of the way this man run's his business- with integrity and honesty. He's not just going to charge you because he can, like a lot of mechanics do.”

“Such a positive, smooth, and reassuring experience. Had a leak in my tire. Took it to Firestone. They patched it. Two weeks later I woke up to a flat tire. Took it back for a check and they told me they couldn’t fix it and said I needed all four tires replaced. Now-if that were the case, why wasn’t I told that prior to me coming back? Called Hall Tire and explained the situation. The guy I spoke with was extremely real. Straight to the point. Very educated. Beyond polite. He told me he could fix it and if not, he would have me a brand new tire the next day. He didn’t ask my name or anything about me or my vehicle but when I got there, he knew exactly who I was which was extremely impressive. Although they were closing in less than an hour, they didn’t turn me away. I stayed past closing but I’m okay with that when I’m receiving quality work. They took extremely good care of me. The customer service was on point. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else ever again. Not to mention you can’t beat their prices. Thank you guys so much for all of your help!!”
