“Bought a serpentine belt because the old belt broke. The next day as my wife drove 30 miles to work the new belt shredded. Paid for towing to repair shop and $98 cost of repair. Notified Autozone the next day. Within hours the district manager called me and said to go to store and there they would have a full reimbursement of expenses from the faulty belt. Paid it ALL! No question that this wouldn't be typical action of other parts stores in the area. Super customer service! Very pleased and highly recommended.”

“Very competitive prices they actually will meet or beat most actual prices you get everywhere. Very professional. The only problem is that they do not patch or plug tires too much. Especially if the patch or plug is not in the tread area. They will patch and plug here it depends on where it is in the tire. They are very particular about plugs and patches. But this is a safety reason which I highly respect of them . However I found out about everybody is concerned with patching and plugging. So that seems to be a dying art that one may have to do by themselves as an individual. Sometimes simple service stations still offer this type of service. Back to the tire store their prices are very reasonable and they will order whatever tire you want to get. They seem to have a lot of the popular brands. They also have some brands that are smaller knock-offs that are not too bad. They sell Cooper tires very reasonable not a bad brand. And of course they sell the Goodyear the Michelin, Continental that everybody buys these days. These guys don't mess around they get you in and out because all they deal with is tires. It's nice to have a place like this in Salisbury where you can just deal with tires. Get a good price from somebody and they will try to beat it. This place and White tire seem to be very good places. You can't go wrong with either one these businesses in Salisbury. This place has different discounts for different things just ask them. These guys are very professional and won't pull your chain. Biggest thing I can say that I like about them they don't mess around get your tires and you're out and if you don't like your tires just take them back with no questions asked. One heck of a warranty and customer service.”
