When we went to pick up our car, Chris took his time to thoroughly explain in detail what the problem was and what he did to fix it. When I asked him other questions I had about our cars condition, he explained himself with so much politeness and patience and he was very honest in our benefit not his! I have my car cleaned constantly to protect form salt either at the coast or up north and there is always something or some place that the detailers either missed or neglected. Precision is like no other company and I can honestly say that I can trust for all of my car/ watercraft care. Their attention to detail during my regular wash is what first set them apart for me. Nothing was left untouched, and I would have noticed. Later I had my jeep ceramic coated and have not been happier! Its like my car is freshly waxed every day. I had a few concerns about how to care for my car after and being that I travel I am unable to have them clean my car as much as I would like, but they never left me hanging. They went the extra mile to ensure that I got the right gear to keep the ceramic coat perfect and that I would be able to care for jeep regardless if I have them do it or not. And another thing! After going to a dealership for regular maintenance they scratched and tried to repair my back door. Andrew noticed almost right away, did a paint correction on it, BETTER THAN THE DEALERSHIP and then helped me contact and confront the dealership about what they did. These are great people that truly care about their clients and are the true definition of professionals.”
