“I bought two headsets and a scanner in November and gave to my wife for Christmas. Last night, at the Daytona Truck Race, we used them for the first time. One headset had a short/loose mic wire which caused the right side ear speaker to not function correctly. Today, while walking into the race I went to the RE trailer outside the south end of the Daytona grandstands and asked if they could help or if I needed to return the headset via mail when I got home. The staff was unbelievably helpful and immediately replaced the non-working headset. I was actually surprised at how helpful they were in assisting. I wish I had the names of those in the trailer but I didn’t get the names. Thank you for your immediate interest and for you assistance.”

“I just discovered this place thanks to a friend, and I will never go anywhere else now. My car is very old and I knew what was wrong with it so I called my usual mechanic (who always does a great job and won't fix something that doesn't need it but has always seemed pricey to me) and it just seemed like a very high amount, especially when I looked up how much the part cost! Anyway, I called these guys up and Eddie's daughter (so friendly!) answered the phone, got all my info and said she'd call me back with a quote. Not only was the quote about $150 below our usual mechanic, she broke down how much everything was so I knew how much I was paying for every little thing. I LOVE that. So I got my car in, they fix it, it's great! Eddie even calls me later to make sure I'm still happy because he said he was a little worried about a sputtering thing it was doing. I think it only did it because it sat dead for so long because it's totally fine now! I really appreciated the call to check on me! I've NEVER had a mechanic do that! I will always give them my business!! ????”

“When my 2001 Toyota Echo seemed to be showing signs that the end might be near back in July, I started looking for a repair shop that could potentially fix the problem or give me an honest appraisal of the cars condition. I was attracted to Tullock Automotive because of the 100% five star reviews. I am both grateful and happy that I can add yet another. While returning home after an afternoon round of golf I decided to stop by to verify the location and make an appointment. I arrived just before 4:00 and was greeted by the owner, Todd Tullock. After I explained the symptoms I was seeing, despite the lateness of the hour and an afternoon rain shower, he offered to take a test drive to evaluate the problem. When he returned, he immediately pulled the car into the garage and opened her up. Within 15 minutes Todd returned to the office saying he thought he knew what the problem was (water in the cylinders) and a mechanic was working on it. In a short amount of time he was back explaining the solution was quite possibly temporary because the source of the water was not certain. He had a hunch what it might be and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair, if that was the case. Todd charged me nothing for the work that was done on the car that day. While the car drove like new for a day and a half (both rainy), as he had suggested, the symptoms returned. I made an appointment for the following day, brought the car in , and in a timely manner and for the price quoted the engine was repaired. While I must apologize for taking so long to write this review, I can now say after two months and numerous storms that my Echo is still running great. In car years I guess the she's about as old as I am so more visits to the "doctor" are likely. Thanks to the treatment that my car and I received, those visits will be to Tullock Automotive. Thank you, Todd and your mechanics.”

(And I know a lot about cars!) She can almost diagnose problems right over the phone. She understands what’s needed for each job and the mechanics are real, friendly guys. They take care of all my cars for me and I refer anyone that needs a good mechanic to them. “One word: INTEGRITY. Thank you Dane, Randal and the whole team for the excellent service. I took my 2005 Lincoln in for an overheating issue. They replaced the faulty thermostat to start. Upon further inspection they noticed a clogged radiator. They replaced the radiator and did not charge me a dime for the faulty thermostat, diagnostics or service. This in turned saved me $215.00. I would highly recommend Dane and Firestone to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable and professional mechanic. I would give them a million stars if I could.”
