“Chuck was great to work with. Communications were top notch and he was able to fit me in the same day! He really worked hard on a fairly small dent, but in an awkward place. He toiled away and when he was done, wow, really impressive. Luckily I kept the "before" pics, so you can see the difference (a problem bumper is another issue that got in the way, but he was sure he could work around the problem). His attention to detail, and willingness to work with a less than perfect situation, was outstanding. I didn't want to stand over his shoulder, but I could see he was being careful, and checking progress all the time. He took the time to tell me about the specialized tools he uses, costing hundreds of dollars! I think one was ordered from Lithuania? They help him do really fine work. He was here much longer than I expected, and into the early evening. His fee for coming to me and fixing a really annoying dent was very reasonable given the result. We will definitely use again, and recommend to friends, etc.”
