“If you want a hard worker, honest, and reliable service; M&M is all of the above. I had to get another mower service person to work on my mower while M&M was out due to surgery and the new place charged me an arm and a leg. They didn't even do what was stated they did, like changing belts, blades, oil filter etc. We know this because after returning to M&M when we heard he was open, everything he replaced and serviced summer before was still same as when he did it. You can't buy his products around here so we knew the other place royally lied to us. M&M will tell you if he is behind or how long it will be before your equipment is going to be ready before you either "drop it off" or "he picks it up." Once in his possession; you've agreed to wait and be patient. He does have a day time job as well. So for the review below, I know what was said is false. I myself have sent a few customers his way and each even said he was upfront on when he could get to their property. If you read the fine print on hours, he doesn't even open until 5 pm during the week. We support you M&M and will not take our equipment anywhere else. Keep up the great work!! Thank you for always being upfront and truthful with us.”

“I've used them several times now and have been very pleased. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy. As the sister of a mechanic, I'm always wary about who to use. They've been great! My car is for business use so not having it available is a real problem for me and they have been usually quick to get an appointment & complete repairs. I even had to take my car back after some repairs due to a squeeking noise and they immediately located and quickly fixed the issue. My daughter has also used them and been very pleased. “I came in today for a recall repair on my vehicle and was blessed by the parts and service department in a big way! I had quite a few vehicle-related questions and the guy from the parts department helped me to address every single one of them! Now, most folks would say that's what their job is, so why the praise? Well, considering how busy they are, this gentleman took the time out to come with me to my vehicle, listen to all of my questions, help me to assess what's really happening, and determine if replacement was necessary. He didn't have to do that, so I'm really grateful. I'm going to have to go back and find out this guy's name so I can give him his props in this review. LOL. The service department was awesome, too! I can't forget them!”

“We have taken multiple makes and models to Sloans over the years. They handled the repair or found someone who could. They have a speed shop and can do head work and engine rebuilds in shop instead of ordering in a crate engine like most shops. We had a modified F150 with custom everything that they were always willing to work on even when it required painful parts searches or custom parts and brackets. They're good about calling before working but they will tell you if something is close to failing or should be replaced. When a screw driver dropped across a fuse block for the stereo system on that same custom truck they paid for the replacement of the fried amp and even helped cover the cost for the head unit when it started to flake later. Their practice of recommending repairs might be the reason for the review claiming repairs for things that weren't broken but it has been my experience that these folks have never broken something and then charged me for their mistake. 3rd generation shop with folks that take pride in their work and take the time to explain things if you ask.”
