This is my first personal Euphonium and I absolutely love it. The instruments are taken care of wonderfully and sound even better than they look. Kevin was an amazing help to me as I looked for my instrument. An employee was going through the line and taking orders, filling them, and having them ready for when we got to the register. “I submitted a request for a quote via their web site and 3 weeks later have not received a response. I assume that perhaps my job was not large enough that they are not interested I guess. I needed low voltage Ethernet cabling ran and a quote for a security system which the web site says that they do. Obviously not where they want to spend their time! Update: 7/19/19 Within 24 hours of posting this review someone called me and has been extremely helpful. He will be coming out to walk through our needs and provide a quote for the work. It fell between the cracks and they are demonstrating to me that they get customer service!”
