We debated against buying a new one or repairing one that was already in the family, and they told us it was still a good instrument and worth hanging onto and repairing. They communicated with me every step of the way, and the repairs even ended up being cheaper than they had originally anticipated. They were so kind and helpful when we went to pickup the trombone. Now that we are married it makes more sense to share a plan and I won the argument. The representative helped him pick the phone that would be best for his needs and then helped us get our mutually shared account set up and good to go.
