“This five star review goes to Lisa in the deli this is not a reflection off the store itself and the other employees. When I approach the deli counter and there was a man and a woman far left laughing and having a conversation and there was two other employees slicing meat and cheese they seemed busy and occupied I stood at the counter for a little over five minutes the entire time I stared at the employees that were having a conversation curious and wondering why they kept looking at me yeah it did not take the time to stop and come help me as I stood at the hot bar. One of the employees slicing meat turn her head and said can you please go help The customer waiting at the hot bar he responded to her but I’m not sure what he said but he never came to help me nor did the lady that he was talking to that had a hairnet on. I was been approached by a lady name Lisa will apologize for my wait and was attentive I explain to her that I was very appreciated that she stopped what she was doing just to come help me she did the right thing and I truly believe that she showed what customer service is all about and it’s hard to find that nowadays it seems like a lot of retail businesses are slacking on customer service short on staff which is not in their control but it just doesn’t seem like people care about their jobs anymore these days .
