Air filters for you house (cheaper than walmart and lowes!!!), duct work to repair any air loss air flow in you heating or cooling system. The things they can't sale have to do will electrical parts and refrigerant (which you have to be licensed buy the EPA to buy in volume).”

What I appreciate is that the staff greets me at the door, asks me what I need help with, and when I tell them, they walk with me over to the section and take time to explain the different options. The staff goes above and beyond. One time I needed 3 sets of 3 keys made. I had put tiny letters F, S, B on each key in highlighter, barely visible. I didn't tell the key maker about the letters, just gave the 3 keys. When I picked up my keys, she handed me 3 little bags. On one bag she had written an F, one was B, and the other S! They even advise me on proper planting times when I buy plants. If the idea of going to a big box hardware store gives you anxiety, please go to this Ace to get relief and friendly assistance.”

“I love how Lowe's put all your planting needs and wants right in the front as soon as you walk in their door. The only thing I would ask them to change is having more than one associate for the plant department. But overall their associates are very helpful and knowledgeable about what you need to get your home projects done. And for a heads up...... if your looking for a particular day or days that the store is empty they vary, but what I've found is Monday's, Wednesday's, and early Thursday mornings. “I was really pleased with Bill Lebeau's work. His company was subcontracted to install our home's hardwoods a few years ago. I got in touch to request information about the hardwoods used, but then also asked him for advice on how to repair a few "pops ups" I had in the flooring. Instead of telling me how to do it over the phone, he and an associate of his actually came out and fixed the floor pops. They were both so nice and professional. He didn't need to do this, by any means. He went above and beyond, and i was so surprised and grateful. If we ever had to install hardwoods again, Bill Lebeau and team would be the first call I'd make.”
