“The weights and machines are overall adequate. There is only two benches and one squat rock though. You should be fine as long as you go before 4pm. It is swarmed with people and you’ll be working in with three people. Plenty of dumbbells and weights. No proper area to deadlift or do other power lifts like snatch and clean and jerk. This place also has a pool, basketball courts, and various other equipment and services. I only really use it for the weights and have had a pleasant experience so far. Definitely recommended for try.”

“This dollar general SAVED me. I had been traveling back from a ministry event and my car broke down in their parking lot. I live over an hour away from here and my phone was gunna die before I could even call for help. I came walking into the building with tears running down my face, my phone dead. One of the wonderful ladies who worked here came right to me, let me use her charger, and I had no money so she bought me a drink. She let me walk around the store to calm down and call my dad while it poured down rain outside. I would have been lost without her in a place I’ve never been before. “I want to thank Dr. Valentine for his expertise and care of me in a surgery to remove an implant that was placed 1 and a half years back, in perpetration for a full set of teeth. 12 implants one failed, not bad. The implant became infected, and no amount of antibiotics would clear up the infection. The infection was bad, I knew I was in serious trouble. Headaches and severe pain in the side of my head. After Dr. Valintine removed the implant, cleaned out the infection area, put bone graphs in place of the site. Within 2 weeks I totally healed. And within one day no more pain or headaches. I am truly grateful, and very blessed. If anyone out there needs a Periodontist with the mastery of his profession, the hands of an artist, and temperament of a caring Doctor, I recommend him with a 10 plus rating.
