“I went to Quest Diagnostics to have both blood and urine sampled. The automated check in system was easy to use and and the wait time was as promised. I had made an appointment prior to the visit and that probably helped. It was a Friday morning and the number of clients might have been on the lesser side, but the office was not crowded and we were able to space ourselves out, which in 2023 is still a concern for some. The Phlebotomist was very professional, polite and thoroughly explained everything that was being done and why. There was only minor discomfort from the blood draw, despite having six samples collected. She was very good about checking the veins and allowed me my choice of arms for the draw. She asked how I was doing during the draw and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being during the procedure.”
