Erin is the best PT I’ve found. Others where knowledgeable but not able to diagnose and treat my problem. I came to Erin and not only did she know exactly what was going on, she was passionate about her craft and after just one dry needling session I saw an amazing decrease in my pain. I waited 2 years and visited 3 PTs with no results. After my first visit and following my “homework” I was pain free for the first time in years!

Erin is amazing. My experience with her has been life giving. I've found relief from pain I was experiencing, the ability to be more active and empowerment to know how to help myself going forward. She is kind, caring and compassionate. She works to educate her clients so they feel confident to help themselves. She is extremely thorough and a great communicator. She was very patient with me and my questions about the process. I had an incredible experience with Thrive PT and encourage anyone struggling with pain or inquiry to give her a call!!

I cannot say enough about Erin and the quality of her work. I have never met a PT who was so invested in my recovery and overall well-being. Erin was instrumental in not only resolving my back pain but ensuring I continue to feel great. Not only is she great professionally but she’s overall an incredible person as well. I highly recommend her.

Thrive PT has been fantastic! Never having gone to PT I honestly didn’t know what to expect. A friend at the gym recommended Erin @ Thrive. My first visit was very informative. Erin listened intently to all the issues I was experiencing and quickly got to the root cause of what was happening. I’m now two months into treatment and many of the problematic issues I was having at the gym have subsided. PT certainly is a reap what you sow game. If you do the homework and take your time and really learn to connect your mind and muscle with where they should be and what they should be doing you’ll be amazed at the results. Erin checks in with you in between appointments and makes sure the exercises and everything are going well. Dry needling is also a great experience and nothing to be feared. If you like staying active but have some issues to work through (most folks do) then don’t hesitate to give Thrive a try! Most importantly, it’s a local practice where you’ll feel like a friend every time you walk through the door!

I was struggling with sciatic pain from 2 herniated discs for 8 months before I went to Erin. I am young and active, and had been determined to recover from this with limited success. I had been to other physical therapists, chiropractors, spine specialists, etc. Many providers wanted to see me 2-3 times a week ($$$). I made more progress seeing Erin for 3 sessions over the course of 2 months than I made at any other provider. She packs a TON of information and exercises into the appointments, and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My pain has decreased significantly, and I feel like I'm finally on the right track to recovery. Would 100% recommend!
