“Boarded my dog for an initial stay over Christmas, but had to move the reservation super last minute due to weather. The staff were incredibly helpful and made the whole process super easy on genuinely everything. (I was expecting I'd have to cancel it, but I got super lucky that they had extra availability a little further out!) Never worried about my dog while he was there, cause I was always able to pop in and check the camera every now and again. Saw him a couple of times playing and being loved on during individual play times ♥️. Extra peace of mind knowing they have a vet on site as well if he ever needed it. now that I'm home and less flustered from the holiday chaos, I learned they even have an app that could have made things EVEN easier. I can even check the cameras on it too! I've almost always boarded with my vet before, but will definitely be boarding here from now on, thanks to all the staff that made the stay and reservation so easy! ”

“Brought in a modified Jeep and the staff here were super helpful, very professional, and squeezed me in with a short-notice drop off. I wasn't sure what to expect going in with custom axles and suspension, but it was no sweat for the technicians here and they got me set up in no time. My Jeep is driving better than ever and steering perfect! Facilities were top notch and their location right off of Ten Ten Rd is great. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here for any services and maintenance!”

“I haven't been to the dentist in longer than I care to admit. I'm lucky to have a great set of teeth that are apparently pretty resilient. My visit to Western Wake today was one wrought with anxiety, but only until I sat in the chair. My hygienist was personable, professional, and thorough. The cleaning was on point, painless, and frankly the conversation was enjoyable. The front desk attendant was extremely knowledgeable about insurance processes, had me checked in quickly and had me scheduled and on my way after just a few minutes at the end of my visit. My last experience at a different practice, albeit a long time ago, was NOTHING like this one and Western Wake made me feel comfortable, safe, and in good hands. Not easy to do for this giant wuss when it comes to dental work.”
