“The staff and ownership at Y6 are all so welcoming, the instructors are top-notch and the ambiance is clean, modern and fresh. I literally get a smile on my face during my daily drive over to Y6 to practice and sweat out my day. Diversity of class types has a fit for everyone that enjoys a vinyasa (breath + movement) style of yoga: sculpt has weights incorporated, slow, 101, power to restorative. Most classes are warm/hot but not all. Flows for all levels yogis. The variety of times on their weekly schedule is the first reason I walked through their door. Early bird classes during the week, classes throughout the morning and lunch, several evening options and even open for several classes Saturday and Sunday. Added bonus, if you travel they also have an unlimited package for use at all nation wide studios. Highly recommend you check Yoga6 out whether you’re curious / new to yoga or a seasoned yogi you will find a flow for you. Love the community and motivation Y6 has given me!”

“Dr McElveen repaired my eardrum back when I was in middle school, back in the '90s. I'd been to one doc who terrified me after vaccuuming a polyp out of my ear canal, causing some blood. As a 10- or 11-year-old kid, I was worried that Dr M would be the same, but I quickly realized why he had received at least one award. He placed a couple of utensils in my ear, including the same type of mini-vaccum the first doc had used, to inspect the situation, and I felt no pain whatsoever. He later rebuilt my thinned eardrum successfully, and to this day I have good hearing with no problems following the surgery. I believe Dr. McElveen truly is one of the best ENTs out there.”
