The wellness weekend was transforming for me, even as a personal trainer and yoga instructor myself. There were so many useful tidbits of advise that he gave to me to help hone my nutritional and physical goals. The weekend also included workouts; it was awesome to see people with little to no physical training participate in the same types of exercises as physically fit people, just modified to their level. It created a sense of community among the participants, which I fully believe was intentional on Will's part. Will's demeanor is down to earth and approachable, unlike many celebrity trainers. I am proud to associate with him. If you want a true professional that isn't a green newbie trainer at a big box gym, and someone that can create a motivational and encouraging environment for you to make some habitual changes in your life, he's the ONLY choice. He offers group fitness and personal training, both of which are top-notch quality services. Reebok didn't name him Fittest Man on Earth for no reason! A great guy, and amazing trainer.”
