Patient service with personal interaction with this staff could not be beat! I'd like to give a big "WELL DONE" to Nora. She helps alot with their senior citizens (I am one) and others who need patient assistance programs. I take 2 very expensive drugs and being in the donut hole is no joke! Nora contacted me regarding both but especially the second med. She was letting me know of a new program that was available and I should look into it. I did and it saved me over $300.00 a month! Who couldn't use that extra money with today's economy??! I would have never heard of it unless Nora brought it to my attention. I even went through the Drive-thu last week and the staff reminded me that I still needed my Flu shot this year! Personal attention and great service from people who care--how can you go wrong?
