“Sadly the location that was nearest to me permanently closed down . I loved that store. They were never like their competitor W-S. At W-S they would follow you around the whole store pressure selling you. At Sure La Table they would give you a friendly greeting and if you had a particular interest they would gladly help you. Or if you were just browsing they would cheerfully say " let us know if you need anything." The website is really easy to use but, I do miss that hands on feeling. I like to be able to look and touch what I am paying for.”

She made the process of figuring out our needs easy and made our space more functional and organized than we ever could. She is a whiz at making the best use of the space. She was even able to offer suggestions that might make our design more affordable and looked outside of the box to find products that fit our needs better than the traditional offerings. It took a while for our scheduled installation but when the date got here it was a smooth and efficient process. Our installer was a gem, efficient and pleasant and attentive to keeping things clean. I wish I could remember his name to mention here.”

We purchased a Master Bedroom Suite, sofa and loveseat, and a kitchen table set from her store. “I will only ever visit this store in the future for anything involved with my phone. The manager, Antoine helped my dad and I with a pretty complex and time consuming issue. We needed to upgrade our phones, neither of us know anything about technology, and I have like 10,000 pictures and videos (seriously). There were other people coming into the store while he was helping us and he kept his composure the entire time, even when my dad asked the same question repeatedly while he had his hands more than full lol. I’m used to these places wheeling and dealing and having some sort of agenda any time they “help” me and have multiple times caught the salesperson trying to get one over on me. I usually leave there with no knowledge of my new phone, paying twice as much for it and frustrated to no end. Not only did Antoine remain patient through this probably six hour ordeal, he answered every question and even found us a really great deal without our bill going up at all. 2 brand new phones and tablets for the same price? Heck yes! Antoine was great and I will recommend this store to anyone.”
