“After almost 14 years in my house, I made the decision to update my kitchen. During the planning phase, I visited numerous granite distributors to get to know different types of granite. At my first distributor, I discovered River White granite and really wanted it leathered; the leathering is done at the quarry before it goes to the distributors. The company I started with didn't have any in stock and really made no effort to help me find some (despite having multiple locations in their business. I arrived at Francini on President's Day and was immediately greeted by James. I told him what I was looking for and said he didn't have any in stock, but he offered me some alternatives that are from the same quarry as River White called Thunder White (in addition to exploring their HUGE site). He showed me a few options that were good, but not exactly what I wanted to enhance my kitchen. James chatted with me to understand exactly what I wanted (white/bright) and said he would be in touch. The NEXT morning, I had an email from James stating he had just approved a container of 49 slabs of Thunder White with a photo that was exactly what I had been dreaming of. It was much better than anything I had seen in all of my distributor visits. James had 14 slabs leathered from the container, so I could select exactly what I wanted. James kept in touch throughout the entire process (and even after) to keep me in the loop and know the current status and ETA for my granite (it takes time to get from the quarry in India to the US). When the slabs finally arrived, James let me know as soon as they were ready for me to come out to select the slabs for my kitchen. While I was there, I opted to double check to make sure I didn't want the polished version of these slabs, but I stuck with leathered because it just made me smile! Besides being helpful and accommodating, James went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. I have been telling people about James and Francini since the day I went to visit because I have been so pleased with the entire experience. I would suggest Francini (and James) to anyone who is looking to upgrade to Granite/Marble.”

“When I walked in the lady said hello and helped me find what I was looking for. Although they didn't have what I needed (it was a specific saying on a mug so I didn't have high hopes) I ended up getting some candles. The lady when I checked out reminded me to use coupons and was super nice. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I overheard management talking to an employee and saw someone showing another how to fold towels and it was all so positive and well articulated. As a coach and leader in my own job, it was great hearing this. I will definitely come back when it's time to buy our new bed spread.”

“Lee's Hardwood Floors is a family owned business and I selected them due to their good reputation and excellent equipment for good workmanship. They provided plenty of hardwood samples and assisted me with selecting a color which matched my existing foyer hardwood. Their work turned out great. They pulled out my family room carpet, scraped the floor of imperfections, nailed all the 4'x8' plywood, got all the squeaks out of my existing floor, laid out the new hardwood for color match and board length before nailing the new floor down. The job took 2 days. They sent workers back to resolve any minor imperfections I saw, such as leveling the air ducting vents in the floor and firmly securing the floor power plugs. The trim they selected matched the floor well and they consulted me on small matters as I was watching the floor go in. All of their workers wore face masks during this COVID-19 event. Their pricing was competitive. Their good customer service is what makes the difference.”

“We love Mosquito Joe! Our 2 year old had “Skeeter Syndrome” and his little bites turn into giant Impetigo sores every time. Ever since we contracted with Mosquito Joe, we haven’t seen a single mosquito in our yard and he can enjoy hours of outdoor play without us worrying about him. It's a small Botanica with a small parking lot shared with three other businesses. Doesn't look like much inside but we were able to get all of our spiritual needs from sage, candles, charcoal, and etc. First botanica I've been to since leaving NYC. Prices are fair. Julio, I believe is the owner, was super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very good vibes. He even threw in some free incenses for us. Had a great experience, will definitely return! Cash only, they don't take cards.”
