They have twice done our kitchen; built cabinets for each of our bathrooms; built a custom desk for my office and built all of the cabinets for my wife's office. I have worked for a custom-furniture manufacturer and I can tell you, their craftsmanship is first class. Their installs are performed seamlessly and they have some of the most professional people working for them that I have ever encountered. Not only is their "first" work exceptional, but they are outstanding when it comes to warranty or other repair. We have asked them to come back years after we purchased because a particular component was not aging well; and without hesitation, Eudy's replaced the component at their cost. Truly a "best-in-class" team who knows how to stand behind their well-designed, fabricated and installed product! We love them!”

“I bought a house in April, was told that the water pump was fixed and it was good to go. well, the second week it began to fail, low water pressure and the pump began to short cycle. I called Ultimate plumbing after I had exhausted everything I knew to look at, including the air pressure tank and a new water switch, I figured that the issue was with the water pump. Joe Hughes showed up on time, I explained all the things I did and what I thought was the issue. Joe listened then went right to testing. He first crawled under the house and noticed that the last home owner set up a secondary filter on my whole house filter system and put it before the system, so it would catch everything and clog the filter in less than 30 days, causing the water pump to work twice as hard. He worked that into estimate, at cost to replace and put it in the correct location after the primary filter system. He said that he could come back out in an hour to begin the work and would bring another tech with him. Well he showed up as he promised and it only took 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He wasn't bothered by me standing around and watching, was very professional. Explained some of the parts of the install to me and upgraded everything that went back in the well. He was outstanding from the word go. I just had moved into this house and had to deal with family issues that pretty much depleted all my savings, so he worked with me to get the job completed. I highly recommend Ultimate plumbing, from this experience there are not enough stars to rate him high enough. Thanks again Joe!”
