The crew that came out were courteous. Not only pumping out the septic tank, also fixing a blocked drain line coming from our home. Excellent job by everyone, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10. They were affordable and worth every penny we paid them.”

“Great service! We had sewage backing up into our main floor shower drain and called Roto-Rooter at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. They were there within an hour, and Van, our service technician, was GREAT! He was friendly, professional and knew his stuff! He came in, assessed the situation, did a little troubleshooting and diagnosed the problem. The issue was resolved immediately, and has not happened again. The fact that they don't charge extra for evenings or weekends -- and there's no trip charge -- is the icing on the cake. Great service and great experience!”
